L1 – PostgreSQL & Oracle DBA Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai Experience: 2–3 years Coverage: 9×6 with escalation support Job Overview Responsible for day-to-day administration and operational support of PostgreSQL and Oracle databases across DEV, UAT, Staging, PROD and DR environments.

Key Responsibilities - Monitor database health, availability, storage, performance and alerts.

- Perform backup, restore and restore-drill activities.
- Monitor database replication and support basic troubleshooting.
- Perform user, role and access management.
- Support database patching, upgrades and vulnerability remediation.
- Execute approved SQL/database scripts during releases.
- Perform database housekeeping, maintenance and archival activities.
- Support basic performance and query troubleshooting.
- Monitor database jobs, alerts and scheduled activities.
- Coordinate with application, server,



network and vendor teams.
- Prepare operational, capacity and service reports.
- Support DR drills, preventive maintenance and RCA activities.
- Ensure SLA, audit, security and RBI policy compliance.
- Maintain SOPs, runbooks and knowledge documentation.
- Follow Incident, Problem, Change and Service Request Management processes.
