Role Description The K-12 Teacher at PPStack will design and deliver engaging online lessons aligned with curriculum standards for diverse grade levels and subject areas. This full-time remote role includes planning instruction, creating digital learning materials, and integrating technology and AI-powered tools to support student learning. The teacher will assess student progress, provide timely feedback, and differentiate instruction to meet varied learning needs.

Daily responsibilities also include collaborating with other educators, participating in virtual meetings and professional development,



and maintaining clear communication with students, caregivers, and stakeholders. The role requires consistent documentation of student performance and adherence to PPStack’s educational quality and safeguarding guidelines.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience delivering K-12 instruction in virtual or blended environments.
- Demonstrated skills in Lesson Planning and Training, including designing structured, standards-aligned lessons and learning activities.
- Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal, to engage students, families, and colleagues in an online setting.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a related field; teaching certification or licensure is preferred.
- Experience using digital learning platforms, LMS tools, and educational technology; comfort with AI-enhanced learning solutions is an advantage.
- Ability to manage remote classrooms, support diverse learners, and apply inclusive, student-centered teaching practices.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability in meeting deadlines, and openness to ongoing professional development.
- Prior experience in curriculum design, project-based learning, or STEM/technology-focused instruction is beneficial.
