The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating and qualifying leads, following up with prospective customers, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into business.

Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers from the provided database.
Explain the company's products/services clearly and professionally.
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through telephonic conversations.
Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Schedule appointments and coordinate qualified leads with the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, follow-ups, and lead status.
Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
Share customer feedback and lead updates with the reporting manager.
