ITI Fresher Tractor Industry

Position: Trainee / Technician / Production Operator

Qualification: ITI (Fitter / Diesel Mechanic / Electrician / Welder / Machinist / Motor Mechanic)

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in tractor assembly and manufacturing processes.
Operate basic production tools and machines as per work instructions.
Perform fitting, assembly, tightening, and adjustment of tractor components.
Read and understand basic engineering drawings and specifications.
Assist in inspection of components using measuring instruments such as vernier caliper, micrometer, and gauges.
Identify basic defects in components and report them to supervisors.
Follow 5S, safety procedures, quality standards, and production targets.
Maintain tools, equipment,



and workplace cleanliness.
Support preventive maintenance and troubleshooting activities, depending on the ITI trade.
Maintain production/inspection records as required.
Work effectively with supervisors and team members.

Skills Expected:
Basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems
Knowledge of hand tools and measuring instruments
Basic understanding of tractor components
Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
Quality and safety awareness
Willingness to work in shifts
Teamwork and discipline
