Experience: 0–0.5 years Job Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain company products/services and answer customer queries. Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets. Handle customer concerns professionally and provide appropriate solutions. Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
Provide regular reports on calls, leads, and conversions.
Requirements Valuable communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and/or Hindi/Marathi. Basic computer knowledge. Confident and persuasive communication style. Ability to handle targets and work independently. Freshers can apply.
