Make outbound and receive inbound calls professionally.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the concerned team.
Update call records and customer details in the system.
Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Robust convincing and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Prior telecalling/customer support experience is preferred but freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per hour
