We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Recruiter with a robust background in US Staffing to identify, engage, and hire top aerospace engineering talent across the United States. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting for aerospace, aviation, defense, and engineering roles while managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and recruit Aerospace professionals including Design Engineers, Stress Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Systems Engineers, Avionics Engineers, and Project Managers.
Work on direct client requirements for aerospace, aviation, and defense domains.
Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and networking channels to build talent pipelines.
Conduct candidate qualification calls, technical screening,



and interview coordination.
Build and maintain a solid database of aerospace talent across the US market.

Required Skills
2 to 10 years of US Staffing experience with a focus on Aerospace, Aviation, Defense hiring.
Solid understanding of aerospace engineering roles, technologies, and industry terminology.

Experience working with W2 models.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and ATS platforms.
Excellent communication, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven workplace.
