About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing and sales activities. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities and support the sales team.
Prepare and maintain marketing reports, MIS, and databases.
Coordinate with sales teams for customer requirements, leads, quotations, and follow-ups.
Prepare presentations, marketing materials, and business reports.
Maintain customer and prospect databases and update records regularly.
Assist in planning and executing promotional and marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and other external partners whenever required.
Track marketing activities, leads, enquiries, and campaign performance.
Collect and analyze basic market and competitor information.
Coordinate meetings, events, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.




Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
Follow up with concerned departments to ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
Maintain proper documentation and records of marketing activities.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Robust communication and coordination skills.
Positive organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to prepare reports and presentations.
Basic understanding of marketing and sales processes.
Good follow-up and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

Preferred Experience
2–4 years of experience in Marketing Coordination, Sales Coordination, MIS, or Business Support.
Experience in B2B/industrial marketing will be an added advantage.
