Core Responsibilities
Transaction Processing: Handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan or utility payments accurately.
Cash Handling: Count, disburse, and balance cash drawers at the start and end of every shift.
Customer Service: Greet customers, answer account inquiries, and resolve basic complaints.
Security and Compliance: Verify customer identities, detect counterfeit money, and follow anti-fraud rules.
Sales Referrals: Inform customers about bank products like savings
Process loan payments, money orders, cashiers checks, and wire transfers.
Record transactions accurately and balance the cash drawer daily.
Assist customers with account opening and updates.
Help customers with ATM usage and online banking navigation.
Verify customer identity before completing transactions.
Maintain confidentiality and follow fraud detection procedures.
Provide information on bank products and recommend services based on customer needs.
