Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our Real Estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, explaining property/project details, and coordinating with the Sales Team to convert leads into site visits and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company database.
Handle inbound customer enquiries and provide accurate information about properties/projects.
Understand customer requirements such as budget, location, property type, and preferences.
Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, offers, and other relevant details.
Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits/meetings for the Sales Team.
Follow up regularly with leads and maintain proper call records.
Update customer information, call remarks, and follow-up status in the CRM/required system.




Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead handover and follow-ups.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain professional communication and build a positive relationship with customers.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Valuable Hindi communication; knowledge of English will be an advantage.
Confident and polite telephone manner.
Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Prior experience in Real Estate Telecalling/Sales will be preferred.

Qualification
Minimum Graduate candidates will be preferred.
