Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Explain products/services and handle customer queries.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Maintain daily call and lead records.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
Requirements
Must be fluent in Bengali (both speaking and understanding).
Hindi proficiency will be an added advantage.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Prior experience in Telecalling/Sales/Customer Service will be preferred.
Freshers can also apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
