We are looking for a Telecaller & Database Management Executive to handle calls, lead follow-ups, and maintain customer/lead databases.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and follow up with leads.
Maintain and update databases regularly.
Record call details, lead status, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the team.
Prepare basic daily/weekly reports.
Ensure accurate and organized data management.
Requirements:
Positive communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Valuable data-entry and organizational skills.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer coordination, or database management preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
