Bench Sales Recruiter US IT Staffing

We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with 2+ years of US IT Bench Sales/Staffing experience to market and place IT consultants on contract opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Market W2/C2C consultants to Tier-1 vendors, MSPs, implementation partners, and direct clients.
Source requirements through Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, TechFetch and vendor networks.
Match consultants with suitable requirements and handle submissions, RTRs, follow-ups, and interview coordination.
Build and maintain robust relationships with US IT recruiters, vendors, and clients.
Negotiate bill rates, pay rates, C2C/W2 terms, and contract details.
Maintain consultant hotlists, resumes, availability, skills, and work authorization.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, onboarding,



and placements.
Achieve daily/weekly submission, interview, and placement targets.

Required Skills:
2+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales / Staffing.
Robust knowledge of US IT staffing lifecycle, W2, C2C, 1099, C2H and work authorizations.
Positive understanding of technologies such as Java, .NET, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Salesforce, SAP, AI/ML, etc.
Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a US shift.
