Role Description This is a full time, hybrid role based in Gurugram, with flexibility for some work-from-home.

The Video

Editor/Graphic Designer will plan, produce, and edit video content for marketing campaigns, property showcases, and brand communication. Daily tasks include video editing, color grading, adding motion graphics, and creating visual assets that align with the company’s brand guidelines. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to translate project briefs into engaging visual stories for social media, digital ads,



and presentations.

The Video

Editor/Graphic Designer will manage multiple projects, maintain organized asset libraries, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid skills in Video Production and Video Editing.
Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to maintain consistent visual styles and enhance footage quality.
Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics for creating engaging visual elements and brand assets.
Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator or equivalent software.
Experience creating video and graphic content for social media, digital marketing, and real estate or related industries is an advantage.
Solid visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and an understanding of brand consistency.
Ability to work in a hybrid setup, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
A relevant diploma or degree in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
