Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Video Editor & Graphic Designer based in Current Delhi. The role involves planning, producing, and editing video content for school events, promotional materials, social media, and internal communication. Daily responsibilities include assembling raw footage, applying video color grading, adding transitions and effects, and creating motion graphics to enhance storytelling. The role also requires designing visual assets such as banners, posters, digital creatives, and other brand-consistent graphics.

Editor & Graphic Designer will collaborate with academic and administrative teams to understand communication needs, maintain a consistent visual identity, and deliver projects within timelines.

Qualifications :
Candidates should possess skills in video production and pre/post-production planning.
Candidates should possess skills in video editing and video color grading.
Candidates should possess skills in motion graphics and basic animation for video content.
Candidates should possess skills in graphic design and layout for digital and print media.
Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator or equivalent software.
Solid visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and an understanding of branding and design principles.
Ability to manage multiple projects, work collaboratively with diverse teams, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced school setting.
Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Mass Communication, or a related field, with a portfolio showcasing video and graphic work.
