About the Role:

We are looking for a Non-IT Bulk Recruiter who can manage end-to-end hiring for high-volume positions. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, the ability to multitask, and hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding large numbers of candidates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring (Non-IT profiles).
Understand business requirements and create hiring strategies accordingly.
Source candidates through various channels job portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn), employee referrals, social media, etc.
Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders for interview scheduling and feedback.
Maintain trackers, reports, and dashboards for hiring progress.





Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–6 years of experience in bulk / volume hiring for non-IT roles.
Robust knowledge of sourcing platforms and recruitment techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Excel, MIS reporting, and recruitment tracking tools.
Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Experience:
Prior experience with vendor coordination or campus drives is a plus.
