Role & Responsibilities Telecaller (Real Estate & Holidays)
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers and generate leads.
Explain real estate projects, property options, holiday packages, offers, and services.
Understand customer requirements, budget, travel preferences, and property interests.
Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp to convert inquiries into sales.
Schedule property site visits, meetings, and holiday package consultations.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with the sales and holiday operations teams for smooth customer handling.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
Build robust customer relationships and provide timely assistance.
Stay updated on available properties, projects, destinations, and holiday packages.

Preferred Candidate Profile
0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, real estate, travel, or customer service.
Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.




Positive convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and WhatsApp.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Knowledge of English, Hindi, and Marathi is an advantage.
Candidates interested in real estate and travel/holidays will be preferred.
