Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers/clients.
Explain company products, services, and offers clearly to customers.
Generate leads through telecalling and follow up with prospective clients.
Maintain regular follow-up with leads and update their status.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service information.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Schedule meetings, demos, and appointments with interested clients.
Maintain daily call records, lead details, and follow-up reports.
Coordinate with the Sales Team for qualified and interested leads.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Follow up with clients regarding proposals, quotations, payments, and onboarding where required.
Maintain professionalism and positive communication during every customer interaction.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly calling and lead-generation reports.
Perform other sales and customer-support activities assigned by management.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
