Role & responsibilities
Structured Data & AI Optimization: Deploy and maintain structured

data (Product, Organization, FAQ, Recipe, Breadcrumb, and Review schema). Optimize content to enable clean indexing and citations within AI answer platforms (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity).
Topic Mapping & Content Planning: Develop keyword and topic maps in

both Hindi and English. Convert research into monthly content calendars and prepare transparent briefs for the content creation team.
Channel & Platform Optimization: Optimize YouTube channel assets,

video metadata, Google Business Profiles, and local review generation initiatives.
Analytics & Technical Escalations: Manage measurement tools (GA4,

Google Search Console, event tracking). Document technical issues requiring developer support and report monthly performance metrics.

Preferred candidate profile





Hands-on experience in technical and content SEO with a demonstrated track record of improving rankings and traffic.
Solid technical fundamentals, including crawling, indexing, crawl report analysis, schema implementation, and page speed diagnostics.
Proficiency in Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO research tools (Ahrefs,

Semrush, SE Ranking, or equivalent).
Ability to structure and plan content strategy in both Hindi and English.
Data-driven, analytical mindset with a test-and-learn approach toward search engines and AI platforms.
Familiarity with e-commerce SEO, basic HTML/JSON-LD editing, Google Tag

Manager, or Looker Studio is advantageous.
