Technical Skills
Solid knowledge of construction methodology and site execution.
Excellent drawing-reading and interpretation skills.
AutoCAD proficiency.
Knowledge of RCC and structural construction.
Quantity estimation and measurement knowledge.
Knowledge of construction materials and quality control.
MS Excel / MS Office.
Knowledge of safety standards and construction practices.
Ability to identify and resolve technical site issues.
Must be proficient in preparing Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) as per structural drawings and site requirements.
Must have hands-on experience in using surveying instruments such as Auto Level and related site measurement equipments
Role & responsibilities :

Independently supervise and manage assigned construction activities.
Plan daily, weekly and monthly site activities.
Ensure execution is strictly as per approved drawings and specifications.
Supervise RCC, structural, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and finishing works.
Coordinate with architects,



structural consultants and project management teams.
Manage contractors, subcontractors, supervisors and labour teams.
Monitor manpower productivity and work allocation.
Verify measurements, levels, alignment and quality of executed work.
Identify deviations and ensure corrective action.
Monitor material requirements, consumption and wastage.
Coordinate with stores and procurement teams for timely material availability.
Monitor project progress against planned schedules.
Identify potential delays and escalate issues proactively.
Prepare DPRs, progress reports and other project documentation.
Maintain records related to drawings, measurements, inspections and site activities.
Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures and site discipline.
Conduct regular quality inspections.
Support project management in achieving project milestones.
Guide and mentor Junior Site Engineers and site supervisors.
