Job Responsibilities • Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, references, and social platforms.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and client requirements.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.
Handle salary negotiation, offer rollout, and onboarding coordination.
Build solid relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Work on multiple technical requirements within deadlines.
Ensure quality hiring and timely position closures.

Required Skills • Strong understanding of IT recruitment and technical roles.
Experience hiring for Developers, DevOps, QA, Network, Cloud, Data Science, and Infrastructure roles.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Eligibility

Criteria • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment.
Experience in IT hiring is mandatory.
