We are looking for an experienced Virtualization Engineer (VMware) to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise virtualization environments. The candidate should have robust hands-on experience with VMware, Nutanix, and server hardware .

Must-Have Skills
VMware / vSphere administration and troubleshooting
Nutanix administration and virtualization
Virtual machine provisioning, configuration, migration, and troubleshooting
ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS, vMotion
Server hardware troubleshooting and maintenance
Performance monitoring and capacity management
Incident, problem, and change management
L2 production support experience
Troubleshooting VM, host, cluster, storage, and connectivity issues

Positive to Have
VMware vSAN
Nutanix AHV / Prism
Backup and disaster recovery knowledge




Windows/Linux server administration
SAN/NAS and storage concepts
PowerCLI / virtualization automation
ITIL knowledge

Responsibilities
Provide L2 support for VMware and Nutanix settings.
Monitor and troubleshoot ESXi hosts, clusters, VMs, and vCenter.
Perform VM provisioning, migration, snapshots, and resource allocation.
Manage VMware HA, DRS, vMotion and related virtualization components.
Troubleshoot physical server hardware and virtualization-related issues.
Monitor capacity, performance, availability, and system health.
Coordinate with storage, network, backup, and application teams.
Maintain technical documentation and follow change-management processes.
