Key Responsibilities
Handle US travel PPC leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, changes, and modifications.
Handle car rental and cruise bookings and generate additional sales opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel options.
Upsell/cross-sell relevant travel products to maximize revenue.
Maintain high conversion rates and achieve monthly sales/revenue targets.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the booking journey.
Follow process guidelines and maintain accurate booking/customer records.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in US Travel Sales/PPC.
Hands-on experience with flights, cancellations, car rentals and cruise bookings.
Solid sales and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving monthly targets.
Valuable communication skills and ability to handle US customers.
Willingness to work in US shifts from Noida office.
