Supervise and monitor day-to-day Inward/Outward warehouse activities.
Prepare and monitor Inward/Outward department KPIs.
Allocate and manage Inward/Outward department manpower effectively.
Ensure timely checking and processing of Goods Dispatch/returned goods.
Verify and monitor all Inward/Outward-related documentation.
Ensure Inward/Outward activities are completed accurately and within defined timelines.
Manage Assigned Team members as per SOP and maintain discipline during operations
