Amrita Vidyalayam, Madurai is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage and oversee financial operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting systems, strong knowledge of statutory compliance, and the ability to handle budgeting, payroll, and audits efficiently.

Pay: ₹20,000 – ₹24,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries.
Prepare and manage budgets, expense reports, and internal audits.
Ensure proper bookkeeping and adherence to double-entry accounting practices.
Handle monthly payroll processing and account reconciliation.
Calculate and file statutory components such as ESI, PF, TDS, and other returns.
Manage fee collections, vendor payments, and financial transactions.
Operate and maintain accounts using Tally software.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.





Candidate Requirements
Proficiency in Tally and accounting systems.
Solid knowledge of bookkeeping, auditing, and budgeting.
Experience in handling ESI, PF, TDS, and statutory filings.
Pursuing or completed Intermediate Cost Accounting (CMA/ICWA Inter).
Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a school or educational institution.
Strong attention to detail and good analytical and organizational skills.
