Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Academic Counselor to work remotely and guide candidates interested in our European Driver Program. The role involves counseling prospective candidates, explaining the training and overseas career opportunities, and converting qualified leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel candidates about the European Driver Program, eligibility, training, and career opportunities.
Explain the complete process, including theoretical training, practical training, certification, and placement.
Contact and follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Understand candidate requirements and assess their suitability for the program.
Build trust and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
Handle candidate queries and provide accurate information.
Follow up consistently and convert interested candidates into enrollments.
Maintain candidate records and update follow-up details.
Coordinate with the training, documentation,



and placement teams.
Achieve assigned counseling and enrollment targets.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Experience in counseling, telecalling, recruitment, education, or sales is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable command of English and Malayalam.
Strong convincing, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
Basic computer, WhatsApp, and CRM/data-entry skills.
A quiet and professional setup for working from home.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
