Core accountability:
Support the Service Delivery Unit through in-depth process, technical & business knowledge
Support transition of recent service scope to the service delivery units by ensuring adherence to global standard operating procedures & tools and support with required change management
Designs, steers, and continuously improve global*: Treasury &
Cash Management* processes, ensuring endtoend consistency and alignment with BASF’s enterprise architecture.
Owns and steers the global Treasury &
Cash Management

service product portfolio, including KPIs, controls, compliance requirements, and global service definitions to safeguard operational excellence.
Embeds and drives automation, RPA, and AIdriven solutions into processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload.
Ensures process readiness and integration for major transformation programs and system transitions (e.g. SAP S/4).





Key skills &
Experience:

Education:
University degree in accounting or business administration
Preferably Chartered or Certified Professional Accountant

Working experience:
More than 5 years’ experience working in Finance, with at least 2 years in Treasury &
Cash Management
Project management for finance processes is an advantage

Technical &
Qualified Knowledge:
Indepth knowledge and understanding of SAP FI (R3 and/or S/4)
Strong knowledge in Treasury &
Cash Management processes
Experience in global shared services transition or consolidation
Solid stakeholder influencing and decision-making capability
Knowledge and experience of MS office tools
