Job Title: US Travel Sales Executive (Inbound Leads | Uncapped Incentives)

Pay: ₹21,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Uncapped Commissions

Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand (In-Person / In office)

Shift: Permanent Night Shift (US Timings)

Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Sales & Consulting: Answer inbound calls/emails from US clients, analyze their travel needs, and design customized flight and holiday packages.
Booking & System Execution: Use GDS booking tools (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) to construct competitive flight quotes, book reservations, and issue tickets.
Pipeline & CRM Management: Log client interactions, follow up on warm leads, and maintain precise records in the CRM to build long-term repeat business.




Target Achievement: Confidently handle objections, offer value-add travel solutions, and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 1+ years of proven track record in US/International travel sales.
Technical Proficiency: Mandatory hands-on experience with GDS software (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
Communication: Exceptional spoken and written English with a strong, persuasive voice tailored for US clients.
Shift Commitment: Full readiness to work permanent US night shifts.
