Role Description The Warehouse Manager is a full time, in office role located in Delhi, India, responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations. This includes managing inventory levels, supervising stock movement, coordinating receiving and dispatch, and ensuring that all materials are stored safely and efficiently. The role involves leading a warehouse team, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and maintaining clear communication with sales and procurement teams.

Manager will also ensure compliance with safety standards, optimize workflows, use material handling equipment as needed, and prepare regular reports on inventory accuracy and operational performance.





Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Stock Control and Inventory Control to maintain accurate warehouse records and minimize discrepancies.
Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Management and Operations Management to plan, organize, and optimize day-to-day warehouse activities.
Candidates should possess skills in Forklift Operation and safe use of material handling equipment to support loading, unloading, and storage processes.
Candidates should have strong leadership, team supervision, and communication skills to guide staff and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Candidates should have experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in the timber, building materials, or retail sector.
Candidates should be comfortable working in office, able to meet physical demands of warehouse work, and familiar with safety and compliance practices.
A relevant diploma or degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
