Job Title: CNC & VMC Programmer 2D & 3D

Role & Responsibilities:
Develop CNC and VMC programs for precision machining components.
Must be capable of programming both 2D and 3D components.
Create and modify CNC/VMC programs as per engineering drawings.
Prepare programs using CAM software for 3-axis VMC machining.
Generate toolpaths for roughing, finishing, pocketing, contouring, drilling and 3D profiling.
Knowledge of Fanuc CNC/VMC controllers is required.
Perform tool selection, tool offset and work offset setting.
Understand G-code, M-code, G54 and coordinate systems.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, dimensions and tolerances.
Optimize cutting parameters, tooling and machining cycle time.
Support operators during machine setup and production.
Inspect first-off components and make necessary program corrections.
Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.




Maintain accurate CNC/VMC programs and documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
3–8 years of experience in CNC/VMC programming.
Robust experience in both 2D and 3D machining.
Experience with CAM software such as Mastercam, Fusion 360, PowerMill or equivalent.
Fanuc controller knowledge preferred.
Valuable knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T.;
Experience in precision component machining.
ITI / Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Location: Bommasandra Industrial Area, Bengaluru. Salary: 30,000–50,000 per month, depending on experience and programming skills.
