Key Responsibilities
Handling client phone calls and service calls
Communicating with clients and taking required data
Managing client information and service-related work
Handling government portals
Managing office work through computer systems
Coordinating with the internal team for timely service delivery
Mandatory Requirement: Excellent English communication is a MUST.
