– Wealth Management Associate

Location: Gurugram (Work From Office)

CTC: Up to ₹35,000 CTC/Month

Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Rotational Week Offs)

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Transport: Both-Side Cab Facility

Role Overview

We are looking for Wealth Management Associates to support customers with investment and financial product-related queries. The role requires specialists with knowledge of financial markets, brokerage operations, and digital assets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to investment products, trading platforms, and digital assets.
Assist customers with account-related requests, portfolio updates, and transaction-related concerns.
Provide accurate information on Stocks, ETFs, Mutual Funds, and Cryptocurrencies.
Resolve customer concerns while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Update customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
Achieve productivity, quality,



and customer satisfaction targets.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in Wealth Management, Brokerage Operations, Investment/Trading Support, FinTech Customer Support, or Cryptocurrency/Digital Asset Support.
Knowledge of Stocks, ETFs, Mutual Funds, and Cryptocurrencies.
Understanding of Financial Markets, Investment Products, and Brokerage Platforms.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent English communication skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with brokerage or investment platforms.
Exposure to digital assets and cryptocurrency ecosystems.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
