At ICSBit Labs, we're building the future of industrial cybersecurity — from manufacturing plants to energy utilities. We're a Bengaluru-based team working on industrial automation and cybersecurity, with deep protocol expertise (Modbus, DNP3, Profinet, BACnet) and a founder-led understanding of what it actually takes to secure OT environments aligned to IEC 62443, NERC CIP, and NIS2.

We're looking for software engineers who enjoy build systems that operate in the demanding, latency-sensitive, protocol-heavy world of industrial networks — not another SaaS CRUD app.

If you're excited by hard technical problems with real-world industrial stakes — where a bug isn't just an inconvenience but could affect a power grid or a factory floor — we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain backend and frontend features.
2. Build REST APIs and work with databases.
3. Work with network traffic, PCAP files, and protocol data.
4. Debug product, networking, and application issues.
5. Write unit and integration tests.
6.



Work in Linux and use Git for development.
7. Analyze logs and reproduce issues.
8. Learn and work with OT/industrial protocols when required.

Qualifications

1. Go and Python.
2. Basic React / TypeScript / JavaScript.
3. Good understanding of TCP/IP, TCP, UDP, ICMP, DNS, ports, routing, and switching.
4. Wireshark or tcpdump.
5. Basic PCAP analysis.
6. REST APIs and JSON.
7. SQLite or PostgreSQL.
8. Linux and Git.
9. Basic cybersecurity and networking knowledge.
10. Exposure to Modbus, OPC UA, S7, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, BACnet, DNP3, or IEC-104 is a plus.
11. Positive debugging and problem-solving skills.
