Role Description This is a full time, on-site Junior Merchandiser role based in Delhi, India.

The Junior

Merchandiser supports day-to-day merchandising activities including managing product assortments, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with the sales and retail teams to ensure the right products are available in the right quantities. The role involves tracking sales performance, preparing basic reports, and assisting in planning promotions or visual merchandising initiatives.

Merchandiser communicates regularly with internal teams and store staff to gather feedback, understand customer preferences, and help refine product placement and inventory decisions.



The position also includes supporting customer-facing activities in retail settings to maintain brand standards and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with internal teams and customers.
- Customer Service and Retail skills to support store activities, understand customer needs, and maintain a positive in-store experience.
- Basic Sales skills to assist in meeting sales targets, upselling products, and supporting the sales team.
- Foundational Marketing awareness to help execute in-store promotions and support visual merchandising initiatives.
- Attention to detail, numerical aptitude, and comfort working with inventory or sales data.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, collaborate within a small team, and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in common office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and willingness to learn merchandising software.
- Relevant education in Fashion, Retail Management, Business, or a related field is preferred; prior internship or entry-level experience in fashion or retail is an advantage.
