Role Description The Junior Designer role is a full-time, remote position responsible for supporting the design needs of PInterview’s digital platform and marketing initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include creating and refining visual assets for web pages, social media, and email campaigns, following brand guidelines and collaborating with senior designers and marketing team members.

Designer will assist in producing user-friendly interface elements, presentation materials, and graphics that clearly communicate key messages to students,



job seekers, and professionals. The role also involves iterating on designs based on feedback, preparing files for development or publication, and contributing creative ideas to enhance the overall user experience and brand presence.

Qualifications

- Foundational graphic and digital design skills, including layout, typography, and color usage.
- Ability to create web and social media assets using common design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles for designing intuitive, user-centered interfaces.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional remote teams.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, fully remote workplace.
- Relevant education or training in design, visual communication, or a related field (formal degree or equivalent experience).
- Interest in education, career development, or interview preparation platforms is a plus; prior experience in an edtech or SaaS environment is beneficial.
