About Varexis CapitalVarexis Capital is the operations and delivery partner supporting AECS Engineering & Consultancy Services, Canada. We support engineering design and consulting services for residential and commercial projects across Ontario and other parts of North America.

We are expanding our remote drafting and engineering support team in India and are looking for experienced AutoCAD and Revit professionals interested in building a long-term work-from-home career while working on Canadian and North American projects.

This opportunity may be particularly suitable for experienced professionals who have the technical skills but prefer or require the flexibility of working from home.

Role DescriptionThe AutoCAD & Revit Draftsperson will prepare, revise, and maintain technical drawings for residential and commercial engineering and building projects.

Responsibilities will include

- Preparing and revising drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Preparing architectural layouts, construction drawings, shop drawings, details, and other technical drawings.
- Converting sketches, markups, design information, and engineering instructions into accurate drawings.
- Reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and engineering drawings and specifications.
- Coordinating remotely with engineers, designers, and other project team members.
- Revising drawings based on engineering comments and project requirements.
- Organizing drawing files and maintaining accurate project documentation.
- Performing drawing quality checks before submission.




- Managing assigned drafting work independently and meeting agreed project deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional drafting experience using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Strong working proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Strong technical drafting skills and understanding of construction drawings.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.
- Experience preparing architectural layouts, construction drawings, details, and/or shop drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently from home and manage assigned tasks responsibly.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Hindi and Punjabi speaking ability is required.
- Good English communication skills, written and spoken, are important for working with Canadian drawings, documentation, and project teams.

Preferred ExperiencePreference will be given to candidates with:
- Experience working on Canadian or U.S. residential or commercial projects.
- Strong experience producing construction and engineering drawings.
- Experience working remotely with international engineering or design teams.
- Strong combined experience with both AutoCAD and Revit.

Work-From-Home RequirementsThis is a 100% remote position. Candidates can be located anywhere in North India and are not required to relocate to Mohali.

Candidates must have

- Their own personal computer or laptop capable of handling skilled AutoCAD and Revit work.

Compensation within the above range will depend on the candidate's experience, AutoCAD/Revit proficiency, technical drafting ability, and overall suitability for the position.
