Kedar Satam Architects (KSA) is a premier Architecture and Project Management Consultancy (PMC) firm specializing in residential redevelopment, commercial, institutional, and infrastructure projects across Maharashtra. We are seeking passionate and motivated Junior Architects who are eager to contribute to our dynamic team and advance their professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural, working, and construction drawings.
- Assist in concept design, design development, and municipal submission documentation.
- Coordinate with senior architects, external consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits, draft site reports, and support project coordination.
- Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building regulations and industry standards.
- Support quantity estimation, preparation of BOQs,



and technical documentation.
- Assist in the creation of presentations, 3D renderings, and client submissions.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 2 or more years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in CAD is essential.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, D5/Enscape/Twinmotion, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- A solid understanding of construction documentation and detailing.
- Familiarity with UDCPR and municipal approval processes is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- A self-motivated mindset with a commitment to cooperative teamwork.
