? What You’ll Do✅ Source & screen candidates for IT/Technical roles

✅ Handle end-to-end recruitment

✅ Work on Naukri, LinkedIn & other sourcing platforms

✅ Understand requirements and build quality talent pipelines

✅ Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups

✅ Maintain recruitment trackers/ATS updates

✅ Work towards closure & joining targets

? Who We’re Looking For✔️ 1–3 years of IT/Technical Recruitment experience

✔️ Strong sourcing & screening skills





✔️ Good understanding of IT roles & technologies

✔️ Excellent communication skills

✔️ Target-oriented and driven by closures

✔️ Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
