Role: International Ticketing ExecutiveThis is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The executive will manage international flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, refunds and itinerary changes. The role also involves providing accurate fare options, following airline rules and assisting clients and internal travel consultants.

Qualifications

- Experience in international ticketing and reservations
- Proficiency in Amadeus GDS
- Knowledge of fares, refunds, reissues and airline regulations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales-oriented approach with cross-selling abilities
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings
- Positive written and spoken English
- Prior travel-industry experience preferred
- Must be available to work on-site in Ahmedabad
