Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers.
- Understand customers’ technical requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Generate sales leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Promote technical support, software, hardware, and related IT solutions.
- Explain product features, pricing, plans, and perks to customers.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain sales pipelines.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Technical Knowledge

Candidates should have basic knowledge of:

- Computer/Laptop troubleshooting
- Windows & macOS
- Printers and peripheral devices
- Networking basics – IP, DNS, Wi-Fi
- Basic software and hardware troubleshooting




- Remote support tools such as LogMeIn / UltraViewer

Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in International Voice / Tech Sales / Technical Support Sales.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a US/UK night-shift environment.
- Strong sales, convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Candidates from International BPO / Tech Support / IT Sales / Technical Sales backgrounds are preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
