Our approach combines interior design, 3D visualisation, transparent costing, procurement, technology and project execution to provide clients with a more organised and transparent experience.

We are looking for an experienced Interior Designer / Design Lead who can take ownership of the design side of the business and help us build our design and execution processes from the ground up.

Role & Responsibilities

- Lead interior design projects from initial client consultation through execution.
- Understand client requirements, lifestyle, preferences and budget.
- Conduct site visits and prepare accurate measurements.
- Develop space plans, concepts, mood boards and design proposals.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualisations.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and fixtures.
- Prepare and review BOQs and project estimates.
- Present designs to clients and manage design revisions.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and other professionals.
- Monitor design implementation during execution.
- Ensure the final execution matches the approved design.
- Build standardised design processes, templates and workflows for the company.
- Help develop our portfolio, design standards and material/vendor network.

Requirements
- 2–5+ years of professional interior-design experience.
- Strong portfolio of completed residential interior projects.




- Good knowledge of residential space planning and interior execution.
- Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, V-Ray, Lumion or equivalent.
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and construction processes.
- Experience preparing BOQs and working with project budgets.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate with contractors and vendors.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

Preferred
- Experience with complete 2BHK/3BHK residential projects.
- Experience managing projects from concept to handover.
- Existing relationships with reliable contractors and suppliers in Ahmedabad.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in helping build a new company.
- Ability to contribute to both design strategy and execution processes.
