Key Responsibilities

- Conduct insurance eligibility and verification follow-ups
- Make inbound and outbound calls to insurance providers
- Follow up on outstanding AR and claims
- Assist with denial management and claim resolution
- Accurately document insurance calls, follow-ups and outcomes
- Maintain productivity, quality and accuracy standards
- Work closely with US and India teams to support RCM operations

We're looking for candidates with:

Graduation in any discipline

Good English communication and articulation skills

Strong documentation and reporting skills

Ability to communicate confidently with US-based insurance providers

Willingness to learn US Healthcare and RCM processes

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Willingness to work full-time night shifts

Additional advantage if you have experience/knowledge in:

Dental / Physician Billing

ADA Forms & Guidelines

Insurance Eligibility & Verification

AR Follow-up

Denial Management

US Healthcare RCM

IMPORTANT – NIGHT SHIFT ROLE

This is a full time night-shift position supporting US business hours.

Candidates must be willing to work night shifts.

Cab/transportation facility is available for employees working the night shift.

Immediate joiners are preferred.
