- Recruitand onboard part-time Insurance Advisors and Insurance Managers, including tax consultants, MDRT qualifiers, LIC/life insurance agents, and finance professionals.
- Lead w eekly advisor and manager meetings, set monthly goals, and drive team performance.
- Conduc tjoint field calls to strengthen client relationships and close life insurance sales.
- Achiev emonthly and annual sales targets while building lasting relationships with managers and advisors.

- 2–6 years of experience in life insurance agency sales, with demonstrated sales performance and team-building ability.
- Gradua tion from a recognized university.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-management skills.
