Company profile: Our client is a reputed organization in the wellness and fitness industry, focused on holistic health, nutrition, and employee well-being Job Location: Remote (Based in Mumbai) : The Instructional Designer will support the design and development of engaging e-learning, blended, and instructor-led content. Working closely with SMEs and stakeholders, the role involves translating learning needs into well-structured content that drives knowledge retention and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- ● Analyze learning needs with SMEs and define transparent learning objectives. ● Design storyboards, e-learning modules, job aids, and facilitator guides. ● Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles. ● Build interactive e-learning courses using authoring tools. ● Develop assessments, quizzes, and knowledge checks.



● Review and revise existing content for accuracy and effectiveness. ● Support course publishing and testing on LMS platforms. ● Incorporate feedback from SMEs, stakeholders, and learners.

Desired Candidates

- ● Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field. ● 5–8 years of hands-on experience in instructional design or e-learning development. ● Proficiency with an authoring tool (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar). ● Strong storyboarding skills and working knowledge of ADDIE/SAM. ● Excellent written communication for clear, learner-friendly content. ● Familiarity with LMS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
