Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Development: Design, configure, and customize core ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management, and CMDB.
Workflow Automation: Build and manage complex workflows using Flow Designer, and Business Rules.
Custom Scripting: Write clean, maintainable code using JavaScript and Glide APIs for Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
System Integrations: Implement and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
Maintenance & Upgrades: Support platform upgrades, patching, and cloning across sub-production and production settings.
Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 38 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration, specifically within the ITSM suite.

Preferred Certifications
CSA: Certified System Administrator (Mandatory).
CAD: Certified Application Developer.
CIS-ITSM: Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management.
