Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Salesforce DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in Copado to manage and optimize Salesforce release management, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with developers, administrators, and QA teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure Salesforce releases across settings.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce DevOps processes using Copado
Manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce metadata and data deployments
Oversee branching strategies, user stories, commits, and promotions across environments
Coordinate release planning, deployment scheduling, and rollback strategies
Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, governance, and security standards
Troubleshoot deployment failures and resolve conflicts
Automate testing and integrate Copado with version control systems (Git)
Collaborate with developers, QA, and business teams to streamline delivery




Maintain documentation for deployment processes and release notes

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Solid experience with Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
Hands-on experience with Copado DevOps (Essentials or Advanced)
Proficiency in Git-based version control
Solid understanding of Salesforce metadata, change sets, and deployments
Experience with CI/CD concepts and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL (for deployment support)
Solid problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred / Nice to Have:
Copado Certification
Salesforce Administrator or Developer Certification
Experience with automated testing frameworks
Exposure to multi-org Salesforce environments
Experience integrating Copado with tools like Jira
