MBA from recognized business schools or equivalent masters in data science/ business analytics/AI.
Demonstrated strength in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical reasoning, with exceptional skills in research, analysis, and presentation.
4+ years of relevant experience building Power BI, AI/ML and GenAI solutions in an enterprise workplace (skilled services experience is a strong plus).
Strong hands-on expertise in Python.
Demonstrated delivery experience with GenAI applications and practical understanding of LLM limitations and mitigation techniques.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder setting.
Exposure to research methods and insights work (secondary research, qualitative analysis, storyboarding).
Strong communication skills—able to explain AI concepts and risks clearly to non-technical audiences and produce executive-ready write-ups when needed.
