We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team and help us connect with potential customers, generate leads, and support our sales and customer engagement activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and leads.
Explain EZU Mobility's products, services, rental plans, offers, and perks to customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable mobility solutions.
Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into appointments or sales.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing leads and customers.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.
Update customer information in CRM/software or designated tracking sheets.
Coordinate with the sales team for customer visits, test rides, bookings,



or further assistance.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Maintain a qualified and positive attitude while interacting with customers.
RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Hindi communication is essential; basic English communication is preferred.
Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, and MS Office/Google Sheets.
Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly personality.
Ability to handle customer objections and follow up consistently.
Freshers can apply; previous telecalling, telesales, customer support, or sales experience will be an advantage.
Candidates with experience in automobile, EV, rental, delivery, or mobility businesses will be preferred.
