Job SummaryAARS Designs Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Operations Head to lead our operations and ensure smooth end-to-end execution of exhibition stand and event projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Operations & Project Execution team.
Handle end-to-end execution of exhibition stalls and projects.
Plan and monitor project timelines, manpower, materials, logistics, production, installation, and dismantling.
Coordinate with Sales, Design, Production, Procurement, Accounts, clients, vendors, and contractors.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
Manage fabrication, logistics, transportation, and on-site execution.
Monitor project costs, vendor performance, and resource utilization.
Handle multiple domestic and international exhibition projects simultaneously.
Resolve site-level issues, last-minute changes, and execution challenges.
Develop and improve operational processes and SOPs.
Lead, train,



and improve the performance of the operations team.
Travel to exhibition venues and project sites as required.

Requirements:
5–10 years of experience in Operations, Project Management, or related roles.
Experience in exhibition stand construction, events, fabrication, interior fit-outs, or similar industries preferred.
Robust leadership, project management, vendor management, and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of fabrication, carpentry, electrical, printing, branding, logistics, and installation.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Strong communication, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and project management tools.
Willingness to travel for project execution.
