Job Description
As a TPP Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining turret punch press machines to ensure protected, effective, and high-quality production. You will work closely with the engineering and production teams, supporting machine operations, quality inspections, and continuous improvement plans in a shopfloor workplace.
This is an onsite role based in Kancheepuram,



reporting to the Production Supervisor.
Your Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain TPP (Turret Punch Press) machines to ensure smooth production and minimal downtime Perform machine maintenance activities including lubrication, daily checklists, and tool/die management Conduct First Piece, in-process, and Last Piece inspections to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications Implement machine programmes using G-codes and M-codes and coordinate with programmers for tool setup and process requirements Maintain 5S standards, workplace organisation, and ensure safety compliance using PPE and standard guidelines Manage tools, materials, and documentation including production logs, rejection data, and maintenance records Support continuous improvement (Kaizen), teamwork, and training of co-associates The Essentials - You Will Have:
